A few months ago I contacted StarTech support about the bug in their S2510BU3ISO product.
Many users on Amazon and elsewhere have reported difficulties with the product.

If you freshly format the drive and then add a single ISO file to the \_ISO1 folder, then it should work correctly.
But, I gave them a simple Windows cmd test script (StarTechFormatTest.cmd in Easy2Boot Alternate Download Areas - Other Files) which will format the hard disk in the USB enclosure and then copy 1GB files to it. You just need to download the debian-live-8.1.0-amd64-mate-desktop.iso file from t'internet and rename it to 1GB.ISO first. You will need a 60GB+ disk fitted (SSD recommended for speed).
After the script has finished, you should be able to select 'ISO1' using the button on the enclosure - but I am unable to get it to work.
Star Tech seem unable to reproduce the same issue (I tested it using two different systems and three different hard disks and the result was the same every time). They said that if they disconnect the drive and re-connect it, they can load the ISO. However, I cannot load the ISO at all!
So if you have one of these enclosures (you may have thrown it to the back of a drawer because it didn't seem to work!), please try out the test script and let me know the results of your testing so I can feed it back to StarTech.
Then simply copy the ISOs you want to be emulated to the first partition.
If the drive stops loading the ISOs for any reason, you can just reformat the first partition and re-create the _ISO1, _ISO2 and _ISO3 folders and then copy the ISO files from the 2nd partition again.

StarTech contacted me today (2017-05-30) and told me that this product is now discontinued and there will not be a firmware fix.Workaround
If you have one of these, the best thing to do is to partition the drive into two partitions. Use the first one as a partition for the 3 ISOs and the second partition to store ALL of your ISOs.Then simply copy the ISOs you want to be emulated to the first partition.
